Future Leaders in Anesthesia
Our Future Leaders in Anesthesia conference is a dynamic, weekend experience designed to prepare residents, future CRNAs and S-AAs for what comes after the classroom and clinical rotations. Led by USAP’s clinical leaders, this interactive event focuses on leadership skills and delivers the real-world insights you won’t find in a textbook.

USAP Center at NSU
New Academic Program Launched for Anesthesia Clinical, Leadership, and Business Education.
U.S. Anesthesia Partners, Inc. (USAP) and Nova Southeastern University (NSU) have expanded our collaboration and launched a comprehensive, nationwide anesthesia training initiative. The USAP Center for Anesthesia Education and Leadership at NSU will create a national hub for innovation, education and leadership in anesthesia care. The program is expected to train over 1,500 anesthesia clinicians as the center evolves over the next decade.

(USAP), will hold its third-annual Future Leaders in Anesthesia (FLA) conference at the Hotel Van Zandt in Austin, Texas, from Sept. 12-14. The conference will coach future anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) on how to navigate the fast-changing and in-demand profession of anesthesia.
