Sean Sipko

Sean Sipko serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development for one of the country's leading anesthesia providers, where he leads growth strategy, corporate partnerships, and market expansion. He's spent more than 20 years in healthcare leadership, with a background that spans finance, operations, and corporate development. He has practical, numbers-meets-operations perspective that's well suited to fast-growing healthcare companies.

Sean joined the anesthesia industry in 2016 and has held increasingly senior roles since. Before moving into business development, he was Group Senior Vice President of Operations, where he managed multi-state clinical operations across Texas and Oklahoma. He was responsible for operational performance, revenue cycle integrity, and physician alignment across several major markets.

Earlier in his career, Sean built deep experience in specialty healthcare operations, business development, and corporate finance, including leadership roles in oncology at McKesson and US Oncology. That work shaped his expertise in optimizing management service organizations (MSOs) and leading M&A initiatives.

Sean is a CPA licensed in Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, both from Texas A&M University.
